Children's Ministry
Preschool - 5th Grade
We are very excited about each aspect of ministry here at Adamstown Community Church, and our children are no exception. That's why we offer a variety of settings for children to learn what it means to love God, love others, and serve the world, regardless of how young or old they are.
Events & Activities
We offer summer daycamp programs, seasonal events and gatherings, Vacation Bible School, and other similar activities for children, ages preschool through grade 5.
Currently, we are in the process of planning some new and exciting things such as camps, retreats, added seasonal functions, and more. First and foremost on the horizon are plans to begin a mid-week Community Group, just for kids!

NEW Children's Church
Our Children's Church begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. each Sunday morning. Doors open at 9:45 a.m. for drop-off and sign-in.
We're kicking it up to the next level of fun-filled learning with a new curriculum called Bible Blitz. This curriculum enables us to create an entire one hour plus of a great time singing contemporary worship songs, fun activities, crafts, games, scripture memory, and a Bible lesson that kids just won't be able to stop telling!
What to expect:
- Worship in song, using various styles of children's worship music.
- Age-appropriate Bible lesson.
- Scripture memorization.
- Time of prayer.
- Arts, crafts, or other activity which relates directly to the Bible lesson.
- Biblical stories are presented in an exciting way that children can understand and apply to their daily lives.
Our new Children's Church facility is currently undergoing yet another set of modifications in addition to our stage, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, and much more, now that we have returned to the upper level of our newly remodeled Family Life Center. There are big, exciting changes in progress with more to come! What a fun and exciting place for kids!
Security
We want to make sure that kids are kept safe!
We have implemented a new security check-in system. Each child will need to have a parent or guardian sign them in upon arrival, and sign them out upon departure. Each child will have a name tag sticker that must be worn on an outer garment (shirt or pants.) Parents will be provided a sticker with a matching number for each child. This matching number should be shown when picking children up from children's church.
Additionally, all adult children's church staff are required to undergo a security background check.
